Molded with 9 plies of specially treated and convolute-wound fiberboard • This strong, rigid and light cylinder can be cut, drilled, sanded and custom fabricated with most conventional woodworking tools and techniques, including sanding, sawing, punching and grinding • It features a “seamless” construction, with no spiral joints, to provide a smooth finish • They are unfinished in standard brown fibreboard • The seamless appearance is achieved by removing the outer protective layer of kraft paper • Used to make such items as custom cabinet rounded corners, table bases, columns, and store fixtures • Simple cutting of the cylinders is a quick and cost effective way to make rigid, one-piece, jointless, curved, three-dimensional components • It can be cut lengthwise or across diameter, is paintable, and can even have high-pressure laminate or veneer applied to the surface • Cylinders: 62" long x 3/8" wall thickness • Cylinder caps can • Made of 3/4" particle board Sold per each
